Running Workshop "Women only"
Hello First Timer 💕
We are happy to accompany you on your way to 40th Swiss Women's Run!

Whether you
👉 to the first time at the women's run participate
👉 or to the the 5 or 10 km for the first time tackle - You've come to the right place.

In this 3-hour "Women only" running workshop you learn in a small, protected group know the basics of running.
You learn:
✔️ How sensible running training is structured
✔️ what really matters
✔️ how to reach your goal 5 or 10 km on 07.06.2026 reach

🧠👟 Theory & practice combined
After a short theoretical input, we put what we have learned into practice straight away. Your pace doesn't matter - The focus is on running technique. The workshop is rounded off by a Strength and stretching unit.
