Don't you agree: our everyday lives are often far too packed; we (women) are so full of to-do's that we hardly have time for the things that are good for us. That's why the Women's Run team is asking itself in the months leading up to June 9, 2024: How can we take better care of ourselves? What does the much-cited self-care involve? Are there tips and tricks that make it easier for us to prioritize our well-being?
Look forward to monthly blogs, exciting workshops and time-outs on the topic. You can find out more on our website under the heading "Mir luege zu dir" and on our social media channels.

Our goal: to see you at the Women's Run 2024 in a relaxed mood. Until then, you can rest assured: "I'm looking forward to seeing you".

In the "Run 'n' Yoga" activity days, we focus on this topic and try to provide you with the necessary resources for a balanced and healthy lifestyle through endurance sports and yoga in theory and practice. A combination that is valuable and of great benefit to beginners as well as experienced runners. For all those who want to "run" through life in a healthy and balanced way in the long term! The morning is dedicated to running, while the afternoon includes a yoga session focusing on strength, flexibility and relaxation.
